The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has released Advertisement No. 06/2024-25 for the recruitment of Specialists on a contractual basis for the year 2024-25. A total of 22 positions are available, including Consultant Credit Analyst and Accounts & Tax Consultant, with postings in cities such as Mumbai, New Delhi, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, and Chennai.

The selection process will be conducted through campus placements organized by the Committee for Members in Industry & Business (CMI&B) for Newly Qualified Chartered Accountants. Interviews are scheduled at multiple centers, and interested candidates should apply via the CMI&B website. Direct applications to SIDBI will not be considered.

Available Positions and Pay

SIDBI is recruiting for the following specialist positions on a contractual basis for the 2024-25 fiscal year:

- Consultant Credit Analyst (CCA): 19 vacancies, ₹9.00 lakh to ₹12.00 lakh (CTC)

- Accounts & Tax Consultant (ATC): 3 vacancies, ₹9.00 lakh to ₹12.00 lakh (CTC)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:  

Both positions require candidates to be Qualified Chartered Accountants with a graduation degree.

Age Limit:  

The maximum age for both positions is 28 years.

 Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and performance in interviews, which will take place at locations including Thane, Noida, Indore, and Coimbatore. An online psychometric test or other assessments may be conducted to evaluate communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit for the roles.

   A merit list will be created based on interview scores. In the event of tied scores, candidates will be ranked by age. SIDBI reserves the right to adjust the selection procedure if necessary.
