PSPCL invites applications via offline mode for the following posts:

Chairman-cum-Managing Director

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields. CAMWA/MBA preferred.  

- Experience: 25 years in a power utility, with at least 10 years in electricity generation/distribution, including 2 years in a senior management role.  

- Age: Minimum 50 years.

Director/Distribution

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields.  

- Experience: 25 years in a power utility, including at least 10 years in electricity distribution or related fields and 1 year in a senior position.  

- Age: Minimum 50 years.

Director/Commercial

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields.  

- Experience: 25 years in a power utility, with at least 10 years in electricity distribution/commercial or related fields, and 1 year in a senior position.  

- Age: Minimum 50 years.

Director/Human Resources

- Qualifications: MBA with a focus on Human Resources, or a degree in engineering.  

- Experience: 25 years of work, including 7 years in HR/personnel affairs, and 1 year in a senior position within a large organization.  

- Age: Minimum 50 years.

Director/Technical

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields.  

- Experience: 25 years in a power utility, with at least 10 years in electricity transmission (66 KV and above), and 1 year in a senior position.  

- Age: Minimum 50 years.

Selection Process

The selection for these posts will involve shortlisting candidates based on merit and experience. Those eligible will be called for an interview or other selection processes as determined by the department. Final selection will depend on performance in the interview and alignment with the job requirements.
