NHAI Recruitment 2024: Apply by October 10, 2024 for 05 Advisor Positions

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is currently inviting applications for five contract-based positions within its ICT Project Monitoring Unit at its headquarters. These positions, which include roles such as Joint Advisor and Assistant Advisor, are centered on product management, GIS, solution architecture, and training and support. Successful candidates will be responsible for managing IT systems, designing frameworks, facilitating digitization initiatives, and liaising with vendors.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Joint Advisor (Product Management):

   Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master's degree preferred).  

   Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management, familiarity with SDLC, task management software, and data analytics.

 Age Limit: Up to 48 years.

2. Assistant Advisor (Product Management):

   Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master's degree preferred).  

   Experience: Minimum of 3 years in product management, with knowledge of SDLC, task management software, and data analytics.  

   Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

3. Assistant Advisor (GIS):

   Qualification: Master’s degree in Traffic and Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, Geoinformatics, or Remote Sensing.  

   Experience: At least 3 years in GIS analysis and geospatial data management.  

   Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

4. Joint Advisor (Solution Architecture):

   Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).  

   Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technology/solutions architecture, with experience in large-scale ERP projects and governance frameworks.  

   Age Limit: Up to 48 years.

5. Joint Advisor (Training and Support):

   Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management (Master’s degree preferred).  

   Experience: At least 5 years in documentation management, customer support, and training program development.  

   Age Limit: Up to 48 years.

 Pay Scale:

- Joint Advisor (Product Management): ₹1,50,000 to ₹1,81,000 per month  

- Assistant Advisor (Product Management): ₹1,10,000 to ₹1,32,000 per month  

- Assistant Advisor (GIS): ₹1,10,000 to ₹1,32,000 per month  

- Joint Advisor (Solution Architecture): ₹1,50,000 to ₹1,81,000 per month  

- Joint Advisor (Training and Support): ₹1,50,000 to ₹1,81,000 per month  

Selection Process:  

Candidates will be shortlisted based on qualifications and experience. Shortlisted individuals will then be invited for an interview or assessment. Final selection will be based on performance during the interview and alignment with the job requirements.
