Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have completed SSC/Matric/10th Std with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. For ITI trade, a minimum of 65% aggregate marks is required. Candidates using a grade point system must convert their grades to percentages.
Education Qualification:
- SSC/Matric/10th Std: 50% aggregate
- ITI (NCVT/SCVT): 65% aggregate
Age Limit:
Candidates must be between 14 to 21 years as of 15 April 2025. Age relaxation of 5 years is applicable for SC/ST candidates, with additional discretionary relaxation for special cases.
Stipend:
The stipend will be paid as per Rule 11 of the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992.
Selection Process
1. Preliminary Selection: Based on marks in Matric and ITI exams and age.
2. Written Exam: Objective test in Mathematics, General Science, and General Knowledge.
3. Merit List: Based on written exam results.
4. Document Verification/Interview: Conducted for shortlisted candidates based on merit and reservation categories.
5. Final Selection: Determined by interview performance and technical skills.
