Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Recruitment 2024 - Application Deadline: October 16

The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) December 2024 notification has been released, and candidates can apply online from September 17 to October 16, 2024, through the official website: https://ctet.nic.in. To complete the application process, candidates must fill out the form, upload the necessary documents, pay the exam fee, and print the confirmation page. It is essential to ensure that all details are accurate before submission, as changes are limited once the fee is paid.

The application fees for CTET December 2024 are as follows:

- General/OBC (NCL) candidates: ₹1000 for one paper or ₹1200 for both papers.

- SC/ST/Differently Abled candidates: ₹500 for one paper or ₹600 for both papers.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has scheduled the CTET December 2024 exam for December 1, 2024. The Paper-II (TGT) will be held in the morning from 9:30 AM to 12:00 Noon, and Paper-I (PRT) will take place in the afternoon from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

To be eligible for the CTET December 2024 exam, candidates must meet the qualifications set by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Candidates can check the detailed eligibility criteria on the NCTE website (https://ncte.gov.in).

It’s important to note that CTET is a qualifying exam, and clearing it does not guarantee a job. The final appointment is subject to the respective recruiting agency's decision.
