- Eligibility Criteria for General Manager (Electrical)
- Pay Level: 14 (Rs. 1,44,200 - 2,18,200) as per the 7th CPC.
- Experience: Minimum 18 years in a Gazetted/Executive level role.
- Employment Status: Currently employed or retired from Government Organizations/CPSUs.
For IDA Pay Scale:
- Salary Range: Rs. 1,20,000 - 2,80,000.
- Experience: Minimum 18 years in a Gazetted/Executive level role.
- Employment Status: Currently employed or retired from Government Organizations/CPSUs.
Age Limit (as of 01/08/2024):
- Deputation: Maximum 55 years.
- PRCE: Minimum 55 years, Maximum 62 years.
Selection Process for General Manager (Electrical)
The selection process includes a personal interview for eligible candidates. For those applying under the Post Retirement Contractual Engagement (PRCE) basis, a medical fitness test is also mandatory.
