RPSC AE Recruitment 2024: Apply for 1014 Assistant Engineer Posts Before 12th September

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has announced a recruitment drive for Assistant Engineers (AE) for the year 2024. This recruitment, conducted through the Assistant Engineer Combined Competitive Examination 2024, presents a significant opportunity for engineering graduates looking to secure employment in Rajasthan.

A total of 1014 vacancies are available across various engineering disciplines, making this a substantial opportunity for eligible candidates. The recruitment process will assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, and suitability for the role of Assistant Engineer.

RPSC, established under the Constitution of India, is responsible for recruiting civil services and other public services in the state of Rajasthan. The recruitment will be conducted through a multi-stage selection process, including a Preliminary Written Examination, Mains Written Examination, Interview, Document Verification, and a Medical Examination.

The Assistant Engineer positions come with a Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- (Level-14 Pay Matrix), aligning with the government pay structure for technical and engineering roles.

To be eligible, candidates must be between 21 and 40 years of age as of January 1, 2025. Age relaxation is available for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government rules. Applicants must also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) in the relevant discipline, such as Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

The application process for RPSC AE Recruitment 2024 is online. 

Candidates need to visit the official RPSC website or the SSO Portal to complete the application. Steps include one-time registration, filling out the application form, uploading necessary documents, paying the application fee, and submitting the form electronically. 

The application fee is Rs. 600/- for General, OBC (CL), and EBC (CL) candidates, and Rs. 400/- for SC, ST, BC (NCL), EBC (NCL), EWS, and PWD candidates. Payment can be made online using debit/credit cards or net banking.
