Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates should be an Engineering graduate, a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant, or hold a Graduate/Post Graduate degree with an MBA/PGDIM from a reputed institution.
Experience: Applicants must have a minimum of five years of cumulative experience within the last ten years in areas such as Development, Production, Management, Marketing, Finance, or Business Project Management in a large, reputable organization. Age Limit: The age of superannuation is 60 years.

Pay Scale: Candidates should be in one of the following eligible pay scales:

- Rs. 20,500-26,500 (IDA) Post 01/01/1997
- Rs. 51,300-73,000 (IDA) Post 01/01/2007
- Rs. 120,000-280,000 (IDA) Post 01/01/2017
- Rs. 18,400-22,400 (CDA) Pre-revised Post 01.01.1996
- Rs. 37,400-67,000 + GP 10000 (CDA) Post 01/01/2006
- Rs. 144,200-218,200 (Level 14) (CDA) Post 01/01/2016
The minimum length of service in the qualifying scale should be one year for internal candidates and two years for others as of the date of vacancy.
