Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024: Hiring Retired Bank Officers as Counselors for FLC

 Central Bank of India is seeking retired bank officers (Scale II and above) to serve as Counselors for Financial Literacy Centres (FLC) on a one-year contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance. 

Eligibility Criteria:

- Age: Candidates must be under 65 years old.

- Education: A graduate or post-graduate degree from a UGC-recognized university.

- Experience: 

  - At least 20 years of service in the banking sector.

  - A minimum of 15 years served as an officer.

  - Experience as a Branch Manager or Agriculture Finance Officer in a rural branch is required.

  - Preference is given to candidates with a background in rural development.
