SSC MTS 2024: Recruitment Notification Announced for 8326 Posts
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially announced the recruitment for the SSC Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination 2024. This recruitment drive offers a total of 8326 vacancies across various roles such as Havaldar, Peon, Daftary, Jamadar, Junior Gestetner Operator, Chowkidar, Safaiwala, Mali, and more.

Eligibility for SSC MTS 2024
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)
- Education: 10th Pass
- Age Limit: 18-25 years (born not before 02-08-1999 and not later than 01-08-2006)
- Havaldar
- Education: 10th Pass
- Age Limit: 18-27 years (born not before 02-08-1997 and not later than 01-08-2006)
SSC MTS 2024 Application Fees
The application fee for the SSC MTS 2024 exam is Rs. 100/-. Payment can be made online through Net-Banking, Credit/Debit cards, BHIM, UPI, etc. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/Ex-servicemen categories and all female candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
Selection Process for SSC MTS 2024
The selection process for SSC MTS 2024 involves two stages:
1. Paper-1: An objective-type online exam.
2. For Havaldar Post:
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Physical Standard Test (PST)
Candidates must clear each stage with marks above the cut-off to be shortlisted.
SSC MTS 2024 Application Process
To apply for the SSC MTS 2024 exam, candidates should visit the official SSC website at www.ssc.gov.in. The application process began on 27th June 2024 and will remain open until 31st July 2024. Candidates need to click on the "Apply" button on the homepage, select the 'SSC Multitasking Staff Exam 2024' link, and complete the registration. After registering, they should fill out the application form with their educational qualification, age, category, exam center, and other details, pay the application fee, and take a printout of the completed form for their records.
