Noida: Case of assault of a woman against motivational speaker Vivek Bindra

  नोएडा: मोटिवेशनल स्पीकर विवेक बिंद्रा के खिलाफ महिला की मारपीट का मामला

Sector-126 police station of Noida has registered a case against motivational speaker Vivek Bindra in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, adjacent to Delhi, in which he is said to have assaulted his wife. A case has been registered on the complaint of the victim woman's brother.

 According to private sources, the woman's brother Vaibhav Kwatra has claimed that after the beating, the woman was treated in a private hospital in Delhi. On his complaint, the police station registered an FIR and started investigating the matter.

 According to this, a video of Vivek Bindra has surfaced in which he was seen fighting with his wife. Police are investigating the matter and will take legal action to hear both the parties. After the beating, the woman is undergoing treatment in a private hospital in Delhi.

 Vaibhav Kwatra has claimed in his complaint, "My sister was married to Vivek Bindra at Lalit Managar Hotel on 6 December 2023. On the morning of 7 December, between 2:30 and 3:00 am, my brother-in-law Vivek Bindra was with his mother Prabha. When my sister Yanika intervened on this issue, my brother-in-law locked the room with my sister and not only abused her but also beat her in an inhuman manner.

 Noida Police is investigating this matter and working for strict legal action.

नोएडा के सेक्टर-126 थाना पुलिस ने दिल्ली सटे उत्तर प्रदेश के नोएडा में मोटिवेशनल स्पीकर विवेक बिंद्रा के खिलाफ केस दर्ज किया है, जिसमें उन्होंने अपनी पत्नी के साथ मारपीट की बताया जा रहा है। पीड़ित महिला के भाई की शिकायत पर मामला दर्ज किया गया है।

निजी स्रोतों के मुताबिक, महिला के भाई वैभव क्वात्रा ने दावा किया है कि पिटाई के बाद महिला को दिल्ली के निजी अस्पताल में इलाज कराया गया। उनकी शिकायत पर थाना पुलिस ने दर्ज की FIR और मामले की जांच शुरू की है।

अनुसार, विवेक बिंद्रा का एक वीडियो सामने आया है जिसमें उन्होंने पत्नी के साथ झगड़ा करते हुए दिखे। पुलिस इस मामले की जांच कर रही है और दोनों पक्षों की सुनवाई के लिए कानूनी कार्रवाई करेगी। पिटाई के बाद महिला का इलाज दिल्ली के निजी अस्पताल में चल रहा है।

वैभव क्वात्रा ने अपनी शिकायत में दावा किया है, "मेरी बहन की शादी 6 दिसंबर 2023 को ललित मानगर होटल मे विवेक बिन्द्रा से हुई थी। सात दिसंबर की सुबह 2:30 से 3:00 बजे के बीच मेरे जीजा विवेक बिन्द्रा अपनी मां प्रभा जी से बहस कर रहे थे। इस बात को लेकर मेरी बहन यानिका ने बीच बचाव किया तो मेरे जीजा ने मेरी बहन के साथ कमरा बंद कर न केवल गाली-गलौज की बल्कि्क उससे अमानवीय तरीके से मारपीट की।"

नोएडा पुलिस इस मामले की जांच कर रही है और सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई के लिए काम कर रही है।
